We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide our guests with care and attention in an international environment.

He/she will report to the Front Office Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform front desk duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of quality at all times;
  • Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues;
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and deal with their complaints in a courteous and prompt manner.

Requirements:

  • High school and/or university degree, preferably in tourism;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a 4-star hotel;
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure;
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
  • High standards of service;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Good communication skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills so as to keep all colleagues and departments involved always up to date.

He/she will report to the Executive Chef.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow the instructions of the Executive Chef;
  • Manage the preparation of all dishes, cleaning and organisation of the relevant batch;
  • Maintain a professional and ethical relationship with all colleagues, suppliers and guests;
  • Be proactive in teamwork and ensure a healthy collaboration with the entire team;
  • Ensure compliance with all HACCP-related regulations (refrigerated temperature control, labelling of processed and unprocessed food, sanitising workstations, correct use of products in accordance with HACCP regulations, etc.);
  • Check the correct use and maintenance of the equipment and materials provided.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • High school and/or university degree, preferably in tourism;
  • Work experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a hotel environment;
  • Organisational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail.
