The ideal candidate is willing to provide our guests with care and attention in an international environment.
He/she will report to the Front Office Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Perform front desk duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of quality at all times;
- Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues;
- Anticipate the needs of guests and deal with their complaints in a courteous and prompt manner.
Requirements:
- High school and/or university degree, preferably in tourism;
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a 4-star hotel;
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
- High standards of service;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Good communication skills.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Follow the instructions of the Executive Chef;
- Manage the preparation of all dishes, cleaning and organisation of the relevant batch;
- Maintain a professional and ethical relationship with all colleagues, suppliers and guests;
- Be proactive in teamwork and ensure a healthy collaboration with the entire team;
- Ensure compliance with all HACCP-related regulations (refrigerated temperature control, labelling of processed and unprocessed food, sanitising workstations, correct use of products in accordance with HACCP regulations, etc.);
- Check the correct use and maintenance of the equipment and materials provided.
Qualifications and requirements:
- High school and/or university degree, preferably in tourism;
- Work experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a hotel environment;
- Organisational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail.
