Lingotto Hotels listens to its people: a collaboration with Glickon to measure engagement
At Lingotto Hotels, we believe that the quality of hospitality starts with the well-being of the people who make it possible every day.
This is why, in collaboration with Glickon, we launched a structured listening initiative involving all our team members. Through an engagement survey, we created space for their voices, collecting opinions, perceptions, and emotions.
The numbers speak for themselves:
- 93% response rate
- 81% of participants say they are proud to be part of Lingotto Hotels
Beyond the quantitative data, the survey provided authentic and structured feedback, offering a clear picture of our strengths and highlighting areas where we can improve the employee experience within the organization.
This project represents a concrete first step in a broader path of continuous listening, aimed at enhancing our human capital, strengthening the sense of belonging, and guiding future HR strategies with greater awareness.
